Production process


One of the features that distinguish Galvanic Paciotti is the offering of a wide range of galvanic processes applied on a large sample of base-materials, able to satisfy a great variety of customer needs.

The treated materials

  • Aluminum and its alloys (among the most treated: 6082 - 6061-2024 - 4047-7075)
  • Ferrous alloys, including high-strength steels (like 36CrNiMo16 and 300M)
  • Stainless steel (AISI 303, 304, 316, 430, 440, 15-5 PH, 17-4 PH)
  • Iron-nickel alloys (Mumetal, Invar, Inconel, Kovar)
  • Copper and its alloys (brass, bronze, nickel-silver, copper-beryllium)
  • Tungsten-Copper alloy (W / Cu 70/30%, W / Cu 80/20%)
  • Titanium (alloy Ti6Al14V)
  • Magnesium alloys (type AZ91 alloy)

  • Tungsten (especially black chrome)
  • Composite material of carbon fiber
  • Al-Si-C (composite of aluminum metal matrix with silicon carbide particles)
